Let me quickly walk you through our simple ordering process. Once you've completed your order, we'll promptly add it to our queue for processing. We will aim to process your order quickly wherever possible.
Step 1
At the bottom of this page, you'll find two forms: one for Standard Personalisation and another for Deluxe Personalisation. You only need to complete one form, depending on whether you'd like to include a single photo or multiple images in your 'Album of Love' video card gift. The form takes less than 3 minutes to complete.
Step 2
Once you've filled in the chosen form, uploaded your photo(s), and/or added an audio or written message, proceed to payment by clicking 'Checkout. ' That's it—we'll take care of the rest!
About Your Gift
Your video card gift will feature a front cover, your message, and the recipient's name, including your name. To personalise your order further, please select the front cover design, or if you prefer, we can choose one for you. View the examples on this page to get an idea. The video clips for deluxe will be approximately 30 - 40 seconds, whereas the standard personalisation will be approximately 15 seconds.
