12. The Video Clips

The video clips will be between 3 to 10 seconds. You are required to send a clear photo (non-grainy) for a better outcome.  The person in the photo should not have anything in their hands if so you may notice a slight disapperance for a few seconds of objects they are holding.

Your photo-video memory will be sent to the email address associated with your Pay account. Turnaround time varies depending on your order. When you click the submit button, you will be taken to the payment page. Please be precise when completing the form to ensure your video memory is how you want it. On the STYLE CHOICE page, you can select your preferred video card front cover whilst offer lasts.
